The members of the Great Basin Antique Machinery Club, EDGE&TA Branch 95, would like to extend an invitation to all members of EDGE&TA to come to Utah and enjoy our

Southwest Regional Show
August 6th – 9th

We have the ideal location with a large area to display your antique
tractors, engines and other machinery; plus tractor pulls and games. We
will be located within the in-field of the race track. Some area is
shaded and some is not. A picture of the area is attached.

We have planned activities for you daily: Tractor games are lots of fun;
A trip to the historic Fielding Garr Ranch at Antelope Island State Park
at 10 a.m. and Garden Tractor Pulls afterward on Friday. Antique Tractor
Pulls on Saturday with Tractor Parades at 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday
before the evening event at the Weber County Fair.

There will be lots of different food booths throughout the show and a
“home-style” supper Saturday evening for exhibitors. Get your tickets
for the supper when you check-in, along with checking out all the other
goodies in the booth.

Please check out the websites, lodging, and restaurants in our area that
are available in this invitation. More information will be available at
the “check-in” booth and during our “Welcome” Meeting on Wednesday at 6 p.m.

Weber County Fair Director: jwilson@co.weber.ut.us

Ogden Utah Convention & Visitors Bureau: _joni@ogden.travel

Fielding Garr Ranch: www.davisareacvb.com

Century RV Park, on 2100 South, Ogden: CenturyRVpark@googlepages.com

Dry camping will be available at the Weber Co Fair Grounds.

Please make sure that you bring all your current EDGE&TA “yellow” cards
with the 2009 sticker for your whole family. Also, tractor-pullers,
please make sure that your tractor(s) meet all the current EDGE&TA
Safety Requirements. Please bring proof that your youth who want to
participate, have been trained and certified on the tractor that they
will be driving/pulling. Our club is “accident free” and we hope to
remain that way.

Our club members are working hard to make this an enjoyable show for
everyone attending. If there is any information we have failed to
provide, please feel free to contact any of our club officers or directors.

We would enjoy meeting you and hope to see you in August.

Sincerely,

Marty Simonson, President
