Hello All. Here is the update for the Lamoille Fair.
Saturday, June 27th. Tractor Drive in the Lamoille area. Meet at 10:00
A.M. on the main street through Lamoille. Park well off the street, or
in the area where we show engines. Route: To be determined by those who
show up. Be vocal about where you would like to drive. The trip usually
takes several hours, from approx. 10:30 to 1:30. No-host lunch
afterwards at O'Carroll's. Bring: Drinking water and snacks. Tow chain.
(Insert big stupid grin here.) SMV (slow moving vehicle) sign. (Don't
forget, your club shirt has a SMV printed on the back!) In case of bad
weather....O'Carroll"s!!!!!!
Sunday, June 28th. Breakfast at Rich and Barb Lespade's house. 6:00 to
7:00 A.M. Bring a breakfast item that you like. Suggestions: Fruit
plate. Orange juice. Potatoes. Lespade's will have pancakes, eggs,
coffee and chorizos. Rich and Barb's house is hard to find; if you need
directions call me ( Mike 775- 752-3476 ) or Lance Dean at 753-6657.
After breakfast we will set-up and run our stuff at the Lamoille Fair.
Don't forget your safety ropes and fire extinquisher and other required
safety items. Check the EDGE and TA website, or call me for more info on
what our insurance requires for you to be covered. Plan on being at the
Fair from 7:00 to 4:00.
Dues: Wayde Esplin will collect annual dues at the fair. $20.00 for the
first family member, and 10.00 for your spouse, or each kid.
People Mover: Al Barkl will again have the people mover at Lamoille.
This made us some money last year, and helps to keep the dues
reasonable. EDGE and TA rules require us to have a safety guy ride on
the back and help people on and off. Take a turn Sunday, when you get a
chance.
