To promote fellowship among the branches and members, a National Show, hosted by one or more of the branches is held annually. The location alternates between the eastern and western areas of the nation. The Regional Shows, hosted by one or more branches within each of the six regions, may be held annually.
The National/Regional Show Coordinator selects the branches to host the national and regional shows in numerical order, by branch number. Ideally, this is done two years in advance which gives the branches adequate time to plan for these special shows. If a branch declines their opportunity to host a show the opportunity is passed to the next branch number. Branches may combine with one or more branches and host a show together.
The Board of Directors approves the dates, locations, and host branches.
The National sends $1000.00 to the branch hosting the National Show and $300.00 to each of the 6 branches hosting Regional Shows each year.
To determine the sequence of a branch’s position on the show schedule contact the National/Regional Show Coordinator listed on the Administration web page or the national secretary rawarnock@sbcglobal.net.

We are featuring engines prior to 1910 and John Deere tractors.
However, all ages of engines and tractor colors are welcome.
An 1867 Otto-Langen Atmospheric Engine will be on display and operating. Otto-Langen engines were built between 1864 & 1882 and only 3 operating engines remain in the US. The engine at our National Show is the first built ¾ scale operating engine. This is a MUST SEE.
Set up within the covered buildings and outside can begin Thursday, April 10.
Model builders, Farm & Construction Toys will have heated 8400 sq ft building; vendors/swap meet building is 4800 sq ft, engine exhibitors will have over 16,000 sq ft well ventilated area for all engine displays. Outside areas will also be available depending on the weather. Wheel Tractors will display outside at an easy access for both exhibitor and spectator. Crawler tractors will have a gravel area adjacent to the wheel tractors. Small Garden tractors have the option of inside or outside display space.
The buildings and entrance gates can be locked at the end of each day for security. Security coverage will be provided during the night hours.
Branch 26 will provide the majority of roped areas within the covered area for participants. However, we encourage you to bring stanchions that can be used for inside and outside surfaces. Model builders and toys collectors should bring a table for your display, as you do for most shows.
