The MCC show this year was held on May 4th.  Branch 8 had a good display of engines.  There were no tractors this year .  Members showing were, Jeff Fenske, Dave Kope, Howard Martin and his grandson, Gregory, Burt Olson, Peggy Petersen, Clinton Pigg, Ron Shipman and Al Unruh. 

Burt drove up from Kingsburg in his 1936 International flatbed truck with his two old flathead V-8s mounted on the back.  Clinton brought Peggy's 25 horse engine which took two strong guys cranking and one supervisor taking care of the controls up front. 

Several other members stopped by to visit and give us a little moral support.

Chairman, Al, made sure that all the displaying members were treated to a great German sausage/pancake breakfast.  A good time was had by all and now we are looking forward to the Big Event at Tulare in two weeks.
