The national association is governed by 7 directors elected on a rotating basis. The 7 directors then choose a pres., vpres. and sec/tres from within the board of directors with exception of the sec/tres who can be appointed from outside the board per the bylaws. Dues are $ 4.00 per member, per year. New clubs need a minimum of 20 members to join the national and become a branch.
